Dabchicks 2009 Race Report

Dabchicks Sailing Club

23^rd & 24^th May.

The first 2009 Regatta in the twelfth year of Sail East inshore yacht racing was run by Dabchicks Sailing Club last weekend, and saw an excellent entry of 34 boats. Race Officer Peter Fitt ran four races in the River Blackwater estuary, all of which were sailed in glorious sunny conditions, with quite strong tides and light to moderate breezes giving some testing competition
